A Scout is Thrifty

A Scout is Thrifty. He pays his own way and contributes to the Troop operation. To keep dues low, the Scouts engage in fundraisers to earn money for outings, summer camp, and Troop equipment. Two of the most popular fundraisers are Trails End Popcorn (fall) and World’s Finest Chocolate (winter). In the past, we also had rummage sales, mistletoe sales, Camp Card sales, among other items.

Fundraisers are proposed by the Scouts and approved by the Troop Committee.
